Who from my company should attend the Annual Meeting?
We recommend that the NetPlus liaison and/or company decision makers attend.
Can my guest attend Annual Meeting functions?
The $150 guest fee covers the cost of the Happy Hour and Opening Reception only. Guests do not attend any of the business meetings, breakfasts, or luncheons.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Distributors:
- Attendee cancellation policy - a full refund for additional attendees or guests will only be processed for cancellations made by September 20.
- Company cancellation/no-show policy - company cancellations made after October 2, and any company no-shows, will be invoiced $500.
- Any hotel cancellations will need to be made directly with the hotel.
Suppliers & Business Service Providers:
- A full refund will be given for any cancellation made by September 20. No refunds will be given after that date. All no-shows are ineligible for refunds.

How can I book my hotel room?
We encourage you to book at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center where we have a room block available.
What is the dress code for the meeting?
Most of our events are business casual, with some slightly more casual.

What is the purpose of appointment requests and ranking?
This process ensures you receive the best meeting schedule possible when it comes to one-on-one scheduled appointments.
When will the appointment requests and ranking process be available?
For distributors, this process opens July 28. For product suppliers, August 4. The tool closes for everyone on September 3. Finalized appointment schedules will be published on September 28.
What if I don’t get one of the scheduled meetings I wanted?
If a company does not appear on your final schedule, we recommend you make strategic use of your open appointment time and other networking opportunities throughout the Annual Meeting.
